These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products and services provided by Manthan Intelligence ("we", "us", "our"), including ManthanBot, Blueprint, Sutra, Charaka Notes, and our website at getmanthan.com (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Manthan Intelligence provides AI-powered analytical tools for structured decision-making. Our Services include multi-agent analysis systems (the Analytical Council), knowledge graph intelligence, relationship intelligence, and professional navigation tools. Access to specific features depends on your subscription tier.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

2. No Investment Advice

Nothing produced by our Services constitutes investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or any form of professional recommendation. All analytical outputs, including Analytical Council deliberations, deal memos, knowledge graph insights, and intelligence reports, are informational tools designed to support your own decision-making process.

We do not recommend, endorse, or advise for or against any investment, transaction, or business decision. You are solely responsible for evaluating information provided by the Services and making your own independent decisions. You should consult qualified professional advisors before making investment or business decisions.

Our AI systems generate analytical perspectives based on available data. These perspectives may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Past patterns identified by the Knowledge Graph do not predict future outcomes.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to or create through the Services ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process, analyse, and store it for the purpose of delivering the Services.

You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights, confidentiality obligations, or applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded documents do not contain material you are not authorised to share.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models, algorithms, or prompts of the Services.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicence access to the Services or their outputs without our written consent.
• Submit content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, authentication mechanisms, or access controls.
• Use automated systems to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Services beyond what is permitted by the API.
• Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as human-authored professional advice when sharing with third parties.

5. Knowledge Graph

The Knowledge Graph is a structured intelligence layer maintained by Manthan Intelligence. It aggregates publicly available data, derived insights, and (with consent) engagement-specific intelligence. Data within the Knowledge Graph is organised by confidentiality tiers as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may query the Knowledge Graph as part of your subscription. Results are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of Knowledge Graph data. Entities, relationships, and insights in the Knowledge Graph reflect available data at the time of last update and may not reflect the current state of affairs.

6. Charaka Notes

Charaka Notes are intelligence dispatches published by Manthan Intelligence. Content published through Charaka Notes is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice. You may not republish Charaka Notes content without attribution and written permission.

7. Analytical Council

The Analytical Council is a multi-agent deliberation system that produces structured analytical perspectives. Council outputs represent AI-generated viewpoints across defined analytical lenses, not the opinions or recommendations of any individual or firm.

Analytical Council outputs are provided at the tier you have subscribed to (AC-3, AC-6, or AC-9). Higher tiers include additional analytical lenses but do not guarantee better or more accurate outcomes. All Council outputs should be evaluated critically alongside your own research and professional judgement.

8. Payment

Paid features of the Services are billed as described at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees.

• Subscriptions: Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• One-time purchases: Per-analysis fees are charged at the time of purchase and are non-refundable once analysis processing has begun.
• Refunds: If you are dissatisfied with an analysis output, contact us within 7 days. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect the current billing period of existing subscriptions.

9. Accuracy and Limitations

The Services use AI models that may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading outputs. We make reasonable efforts to ensure quality, including calibration loops and benchmarking, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of any output.

Specific limitations include:

• AI models may hallucinate facts, figures, or relationships that do not exist.
• Analysis is based on data available at the time of processing and may not reflect subsequent developments.
• Knowledge Graph data may be outdated, incomplete, or incorrectly classified.
• Sector and market analysis reflects patterns, not predictions. Past performance does not indicate future results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Manthan Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may stop using the Services and close your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Services or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. We will retain your data for the periods described in our Privacy Policy unless you request earlier deletion. Analysis outputs already delivered remain yours to keep.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Services at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may stop using the Services and close your account before the changes take effect.
