These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the products and services provided by Manthan Intelligence ("we," "us," "our"), including ManthanBot, Blueprint, Sutra, Charaka Notes, and the getmanthan.com website (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Manthan Intelligence provides AI-powered analytical intelligence infrastructure. Our products use multi-agent AI systems, a proprietary knowledge graph, and structured analytical methodologies to generate assessments, reports, and intelligence outputs. Our Services are tools to inform your decision-making, not replacements for professional judgement.

2. No Investment Advice

Nothing produced by our Services constitutes investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset. All analytical outputs are informational only. Manthan Intelligence is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner in any jurisdiction. You should consult qualified professionals before making investment or business decisions based on our outputs.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all documents, data, and materials you submit to our Services ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited licence to process it through our analytical pipeline for the purpose of delivering the requested service. This licence terminates when your data is deleted per our retention policy (see our Privacy Policy).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to submit documents you do not have the right to share, attempt to extract or reverse-engineer our analytical methodology or knowledge graph beyond your authorised access tier, use our outputs to mislead investors or business partners, or resell or redistribute our outputs without our written consent.

5. Knowledge Graph

Our knowledge graph contains structured intelligence derived from public sources, submitted documents (in anonymised or aggregated form), and our own analytical processes. Anonymised patterns, sector-level insights, and aggregated statistics derived from the knowledge graph are our intellectual property. Company-specific data submitted by you remains subject to the confidentiality tiers described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Charaka Notes

Charaka Notes are published intelligence dispatches. Content published through Charaka Notes is derived from our knowledge graph and analytical systems. Individual notes are our intellectual property. You may share links to published notes but may not reproduce their content in full without permission.

7. Analytical Council

Our Analytical Council system uses multiple AI personas with distinct analytical lenses to evaluate companies and sectors. These personas are AI systems, not human analysts. The names, descriptions, and methodologies of our Analytical Council personas are our intellectual property. Analytical Council tier access (AC-3, AC-6, AC-9) is determined by your subscription level.

8. Payment

Paid services are billed through Stripe. Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase. Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

9. Accuracy and Limitations

Our AI systems produce analytical assessments based on available data and calibrated methodologies. We track our accuracy through ongoing backtesting and calibration, and publish our methodology transparently. However, AI-generated analysis can contain errors, and past accuracy does not guarantee future performance. We provide our Services "as is" without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manthan Intelligence's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or investment losses arising from reliance on our analytical outputs.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then through the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active users via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
